Guardians can now update the member profiles directly in the app. This makes it easier to keep key information current, like allergies, medical notes, special needs, and other important context. The result is fewer surprises on the day, smoother communication across the team, and a safer experience for members, parents, and staff.

Scan-my-QR for Entrance
When clubs need a fast way to manage entry without building a bottleneck at the door, Scan-my-QR makes check-in simple. Members scan a live QR code linked to their membership, and the system verifies access instantly. That means fewer manual lists, less admin overhead, and fewer incorrect check-ins. It also makes entry feel more professional, especially during busy sessions and events.

Refer a club now available in some markets.
When you know a club that is struggling with sign-ups, payments, or admin chaos, you can now help them in seconds. From your profile in the app, you can refer a club directly, no back and forth, no extra steps. If the club joins through your referral, you may be eligible for a reward. It is an easy way to share something that works, and help more clubs run their programmes with less effort.

We redesigned the “Contact us” flow to help members get to the right place faster, with fewer steps and clearer choices. When clubs promote programmes, they want links to look trustworthy and clear at first glance, so people feel confident clicking and signing up. Programme links now generate richer previews across messages and social platforms, with the right title, description, and image automatically included. This helps your programmes look more professional, makes it easier for parents and participants to understand what they are signing up for, and supports higher engagement across WhatsApp, Messenger, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Better previews typically lead to more clicks, and more clicks lead to more sign-ups.
