The Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, one of the largest and most respected club foundations in the UK, has partnered with leading digital platform Abler to transform how it delivers and manages its extensive range of programmes across East Anglia.

The Foundation supports tens of thousands of people each year through sport, education, health, and inclusion initiatives. With operations spanning dozens of venues, hundreds of sessions, and thousands of participants, the Foundation will now benefit from Abler’s all-in-one system to increase efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and improve visibility across its delivery.

Abler will provide the digital infrastructure to manage everything from grassroots football and school education to inclusive sport, mentoring, and holiday camps—bringing clarity, consistency, and connectivity across all aspects of its work.

Abler’s platform will support:

  • Staff and Volunteer Management – enabling the Foundation to schedule, deploy, and monitor coaches and facilitators across multiple locations and programmes.
  • Booking and Registration – offering a seamless and user-friendly experience for families and individuals registering for high-demand activities.
  • Centralised Communication – improving engagement with parents, staff, and partners via one secure, accessible platform.
  • High-Quality Data Collection and Reporting – capturing real-time attendance and participant data—including ethnicity, gender, age, and postcode—to ensure programmes are representative of local communities and meeting inclusion goals. The system also enables robust impact measurement to evaluate outcomes and support funding and strategic decisions.
