Transforming Lives Across Kirklees
Huddersfield Town Foundation, the official charity of Huddersfield Town AFC, leads the Our Town Strategy — using the power of the Club to create opportunities, reduce inequalities, and inspire lasting change for the community. Through programmes designed to help people Grow, Belong, and Thrive, the Foundation is building a town where everybody has the chance to reach their full potential. In the past year alone, the Foundation has supported local people, helping them to improve wellbeing, gain skills, and strengthen their connection to the town.
The Foundation's work focuses on Education, Community Engagement, and Health and Wellbeing. The flagship Early Kick Off Breakfast Club programme has served 3 million breakfasts to children who need it most since 2012, whilst educational and physical activity initiatives develop important life skills both in and out of the classroom.
