Since its establishment in 2012, Crawley Town FC Community Foundation has been at the heart of positive change in the local community. In 2023/24, the Foundation delivered an impressive £4,359,258 in social value to their community, demonstrating the remarkable impact that dedicated community organisations can achieve.

The Foundation operates an extensive portfolio of programmes spanning Football and Sports Participation, Education, and Community Development. The Schools Programme provides PSHE and PPA assistance to promote students' overall development, while their Soccer Schools blend football training with skill development, awards, and exciting stadium tours. For aspiring young goalkeepers, the Goalkeeping Centre offers specialist training, and Weekend Football sessions provide children with opportunities to grow through enjoyable football activities.

The Foundation's commitment to grassroots development is further exemplified through Premier League Primary Stars, which inspires children to be active and develop important life skills, and their Elite & Development Centre, the Foundation's flagship youth football programme for talented young players.
